We are an integrated manufacturer of brushes & components. We welcome queries from fellow brush manufacturers who wish to outsource various components of their brush. We have economy of scale as well as benefit of our manufacring facility in India where cost of production is low due to numerous factors.

Handles

Art & Cosmetic Brush Handles: We make brush handles for art & cosmetic brushes as per shape & size of our client. We can supply raw handles as well as painted handles in desired color. We can also imprint the handles with your logo and other specifications like barcodes, size etc.
Acrylic Handles: We also mfr quality handles from transparent acrylic rods for use in cosmetic brushes of high quality.
Paint Brush Handles: We manufacture wooden paint brush handles through auto spindle profiling machines with TCT cutters in different shapes, sizes and quality of wood as per the clients specifications. We can supply raw wood handles or painted in the desired color as required.
WASH Brush Handles: We manufacture real good quality wooden handles for WASH brushes. These are evenly formed through auto-copy-shaping m/c and are well-balanced. Polpular sizes are 1",1.5",2",2.5" & 3". We make upto 6" in width. Common thickness is 8mm - 9mm and widely used in raw-wood , while we also have facility to color them as required.
Radiator-Brush Handles: We mfr quality handles for radiator-type cleaning brushes in 15" length for sizes as 1", 1.5", 2" . Other sizes and lengths customizable as per required specifications.

Ferrules

Art & Cosmetic Brush Ferrules: We manufacture seamless brush ferrules for art brushes in aluminum-anodized and brass-nickel for all conical, clyinderical & Fan type shapes and sizes of brushes. We also develop customized shapes upon inquiry.
Paint Brush Ferrules: We produce paint brush ferrules in Tin, in all sizes from 1/2", 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4", 5", 6" inches with your logo and size embossed.

Brush Heads

Brush-Head is the performing part of the product with handle as extension. This is a skillful & detailed work largely carried out by hand in most countries for quality brushes.

A craftsman can craft 50 to 1000 pcs of a brush-heads per day depending on size,shape,hair-type of brush. In countries where salaries are high, it becomes a costly affair, but essential to maintain consistant quality.

We produce brush heads in desired ferrule, size, shape and hair for your brushes and handles. Our tufting team is highly skilled and widely experienced. So you can relax for your quality concern and cut down on time and cost for brush making.
